What ChinaMedMap is

ChinaMedMap helps international patients and their families understand how medical care in China works, find hospitals and doctors that may serve international patients, and ask a person for help with finding a provider.

We are an information and connection platform. We are not a hospital, clinic, insurer or emergency service. We do not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a particular treatment, or guarantee that a provider will accept you or that treatment will succeed.

Why it exists

Good hospitals in China publish most of their information in Chinese, across many pages, with few dates. Third-party sites often fill the gaps with marketing claims. We take a narrower approach: a small number of profiles, built from official sources, with every fact linked to where it came from and dated — and a clear label where something is still unconfirmed.

How we work

• Sourced and dated. Provider facts come from official hospital, government and regulatory sources. See our verification methodology.
• Reviewed. Medical content is published only after review by a qualified clinician. See our medical review policy.
• Transparent about money. Paid relationships are disclosed and never affect verification labels or medical content. See our ranking and sponsorship policy.
• Minimal data. Our inquiry form asks for as little as possible and has no medical-record upload. See our privacy policy.

Where we are now

ChinaMedMap is at an early stage. We currently publish a small set of hospital profiles in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou and a set of patient logistics guides. Treatment and doctor pages will be added only when we have verified providers and completed medical review.
