How ChinaMedMap Works

1. Search

Use search or browse hospitals by city. Search covers hospital names (in English or Chinese), cities and an approved list of specialties. What you type stays in your browser — it is not sent to our analytics.

2. Discover

Each hospital profile shows identity and location, the hospital’s international patient services, specialties, and a table of what is confirmed and what is not yet confirmed. Every fact has a numbered source and a retrieval date. Every profile also has a Visit Official Website link, so you can always go to the hospital directly.

3. Inquire

If you would like help, send a request through Find Medical Care. We ask for your name, email, country, a broad category for your need and a short description. We do not accept medical records at this stage.

4. Match

A person on our team reads your request. We reply by email with providers that may be able to help, or tell you honestly if we cannot suggest one. We share your details with a provider only after you have agreed to it. The provider decides whether it can see you; we cannot promise acceptance, a price or an outcome.

What we cannot do

• Give medical advice or tell you which treatment to choose.
• Handle emergencies. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
• Guarantee appointments, visas, costs or results.
• Rank hospitals as “best”. We do not publish rankings or patient ratings.

How the site is funded

Some providers may in future have a commercial relationship with ChinaMedMap. When that is the case, the profile says so, using the labels Partner Provider or Sponsored. See our ranking and sponsorship policy.
